These shirts are super soft and lightweight. They are perfect to wear as a standard fit, or oversized for a slouchier look.

All sizes are in inches.
The width measurement is taken from underarm to underarm. Please double this measurement to calculate the circumference.
The length measurement is taken from the centre of the back neckline to hem.
Measurements may vary up to an inch.

SIZING & FIT ADVISE:
*Please feel free to contact us if you require assistance with choosing your size, but understand that we cannot advise you unless you have your measurements.
*Because size charts vary enormously between retailers, we STRONGLY advise that you do not place your order based on the size that you wear in apparel from other companies.
*Please do not base your order on the size you wear in our other apparel, these shirts are unisex sizing and may be different.
*If you don't have a tape measure handy, you can use this simple trick; wrap a piece of string around yourself and mark where it overlaps with a sharpie. Lay the string out on a flat surface and measure between your marks with a ruler.

SHIPPING:
*These shirts are ready to ship, and will be dispatched 3-5 business days after you place your order.
*If your order includes ready-to-wear garments as well as made-to-order, everything will ship together when your made-to-order items are ready. If you would like your ready-to-wear item(s) to ship immediately, please order them separately.
*If you would like your order to ship by a certain date, we can sometimes accommodate this request depending on how many other orders are in our queue. Additional fees apply for a guaranteed ship date.
*If you message us for an estimate on when your order might ship, please understand that this is only an estimate and your order is not guaranteed to ship by this date if it is earlier than the one listed on your order confirmation. If you would like to lock in this date as a guarantee, additional fees apply for this service.
*All orders ship USPS ground by default. Please message us before placing your order if you would like to use a different carrier.
*Please note; mail collection days are on Tuesdays. Your shipping label may be created one or two days prior, and will not be available to track until after its collection.
*If you are local to Pittsburgh and would like to pick up your order, please use the coupon code IMLOCAL at checkout to waive shipping charges. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and you may collect it from Six16 Body Piercing at 4417 Butler Street in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh. Business hours are Monday through Saturday 12-7pm.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
*We apologize, but refunds are not available at this time.
*Exchanges are available if you need a different size or if your item was defective.
*If your item is out of stock in the size you would like at the time of your exchange, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price, minus shipping and any coupon codes.
*If you experience problems with your order for any other reason, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss your options, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

*In the event that we authorize an exchange, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, and the merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the date that you received it.
*Items must be returned unwashed and unworn, in all original packaging with tags attached.
*Exchanges for made-to-order garments can take up to three weeks to process after we receive your package.
Cancellations can be made up to one week after your purchase date, and will be subject to a 10% restocking/processing fee after 48hrs.

☛ All US orders ship USPS priority or First Class by default. International orders ship by First Class International.
☛ If you are local to Pittsburgh and would like to pick up your order, please use the coupon code IMLOCAL at checkout to waive shipping charges. You will receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions.
☛ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS We guarantee to ship your order within the current turnaround time, but the customer takes full responsibility for the items we ship. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages once they have entered the postal system.
☛ In the event that your shipment is lost or is not delivered for any reason, we will assist you in filing a claim with the postal service.
☛ We are unable to financially reimburse you for the loss, or ship replacement merchandise should USPS or your country's postal system reject your claim.

☛ If you have ordered a size that doesn't fit, please send the garment back to the address shown on your packing slip, indicating on the slip which size you are exchanging it for.
